Event Details:
- This is a family-friendly event open to ages 12 and over.
- All materials, grapes, jars, and canning supplies will be provided.
- Each participant will go home with jars of canned grape juice and freshly made grape jelly.
- Step-by-step instruction sheets will be provided so you can confidently recreate the process at home.
- Participants will be working in small groups with hands-on guidance throughout the entire experience.
- Grape harvesting and initial processing will take place outdoors in the vineyard and farm spaces. Please dress appropriately for sun exposure—sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are strongly recommended. Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are required, as participants will be walking, harvesting, and working outdoors throughout portions of the class

Where do I go when I arrive?
- No smoking, vaping, pets, or animals are permitted on the farm. Water bottles are allowed. If you have a service dog, please contact us for more information.
- Please let us know if accommodations are needed so we can make sure the event is as inclusive as possible.
- This event is appropriate for ages 21 and up. This workshop includes contact with livestock, using knives to cutting vanilla beans and using alcohol. Use of alcohol is limited to the activities related to making and using vanilla extract.
- We are a working farm, we strive to keep a tidy farm but farm life is messy and has a lot of equipment. Be prepared for mud, manure, and uneven surfaces when outdoors and around livestock. Dress appropriately, hair secured or under hat recommended as it could be windy. Long pants and sleeves recommended, close toed shoes required. Handwashing station, soap, and hand sanitizer is available for use at any time.
