Tarzan T66 - Boer #10126216
PRICE IS PER STRAW
100% of the proceeds from the sale of Tarzan's semen will go to our 4Hers and their market goat projects.
Tarzan T66 was an embryo from Africa, born in Australia, and imported from Australia to the United States. Tarzan T66 is out of Lucas Burger genetics with Stallion and Popeye on the top and double bred Moord on the bottom. He has the perfect breed head with strong feet and legs, tremendous mass and volume and perhaps the thickest rear-end in the business. Tarzan has a soft brown eye and soft pendulous ears as specified in the South African Boer Breed Standard and is very gentle to handle. His horns are widely separated and flow away from his body. His lustrous, glossy coat is the best covering I have seen on a boer goat and truly meets the breed standard in this regard. Tarzan's length of twist or stitch is tremendous and the meat in his rear defies description.
Tarzan has been deceased for 16 years, the amount of semen is limited to a handful of straws spread out amongst various person tanks in the country. This is likely the largest cache of T66 semen available in the world outside of his owner's.

A note from Fred Homeyer, "I was truly blessed to own Tarzan T66. He was a magnificent animal who produced many outstanding kids. He was an answer to prayer for me. He died in 2008 and lacked 2 months being 10 years old. He was a gentle giant that enjoyed attention and a rub on the head."
Premium Boer Buck Semen from an Unparalleled Legacy
We are proud to offer a truly unique opportunity to purchase premium Boer semen from the collection of Ida and Andy Purcella, the founders and original owners of All American AI. Pioneers in goat artificial insemination, the Purcellas traveled across Texas and the country to personally collect semen from some of the most renowned foundation Boer bucks. Their commitment to excellence and their role in shaping the Boer goat industry is unmatched.
This collection has been meticulously preserved. In fall 2023, Richard Purcella, their son, entrusted us with one of his parents' tanks containing this extraordinary selection. The tank had not been moved in almost 20 years prior to this transfer. Since receiving it, we have professionally and safely sorted and inventoried the tank to ensure the integrity of its contents.
Why Purchase from Us?
- Provenance You Can Trust: Each straw in this collection comes directly from the Purcellas’ personal tank, a testament to their dedication and expertise. Richard Purcella, their son, personally vouches for the transfer of this tank to us. While he did not have a complete inventory of its contents, it included a partially inventoried collection and over 1,000 unsorted straws—predominantly Boer genetics. This makes the tank not only a rare piece of history but also a treasure trove of foundational Boer buck semen.
- Meticulous Documentation: Every straw is professionally printed—not handwritten—displaying the All American AI code, buck’s name, registration details, and date collected in clear, legible text.
- Unbroken Preservation: The semen has remained in the same tank for over two decades, ensuring consistent storage conditions until our recent, carefully managed inventory process.
- Exclusive Heritage: These straws represent some of the most influential Boer bucks collected by the Purcellas during their groundbreaking work in the field.
While we do not have information on post-thaw motility, this collection’s pedigree and history make it an invaluable asset for breeders looking to incorporate the genetics of foundational Boer bucks into their herd.
