Goat Yoga Experience FAQs:
What is Cuddle Time & Socializing?
Cuddle time & socializing is a special time after each class where you can snuggle with our adorable goats, take some fun selfies, and learn more about them. It's a chance to unwind, enjoy their sweet company, and just relax with our friendly goats!
Are the goats in a separate area while the class is happening?
No, the goats are free to roam and will likely wander over to snuggle up next to you during the class. They love being around people and will happily join in the fun!
Do the goats poop all over you?
Goats have small pellets, and while they might occasionally poop on your mat, it’s not messy at all! Simply shake off your mat, and you’re good to go. They might also tinkle from time to time, but it’s odorless and easily wiped off and sanitized if it happens to land on your mat. Keep in mind, they are farm animals, not cats or dogs—they’re not potty trained.
Do your goats bite or headbutt?
No, our baby goats don’t bite, but they might nibble on your zippers or buttons—it’s just their way of exploring! While they do sometimes headbutt, it’s more like when a toddler has a little tantrum—adorably harmless and completely cute! Since they’re babies without horns, there’s no risk of harm, and they’ve never headbutted a human. All they really want is some petting, cuddles, and attention.
Do you force the goats to participate?
No, we don’t have to make the goats do anything—they’re just naturally drawn to humans! They love being around people, and all they really want is some good back rubs and attention. Our goats are always eager to snuggle up and share the love. It's all on their terms, and they couldn’t be more delighted to be part of your experience!
Therapy and Animal Assistance FAQs:
Is this a form of Animal-Assisted Therapy?
While our classes are not specifically designed as therapy sessions, they do offer a unique opportunity to combine the calming effects of nature, yoga, and the playful presence of our goats. Many participants find that these elements help them disconnect from the stresses of daily life and create a positive, uplifting experience. Whether you’re looking to relax, de-stress, or simply enjoy a joyful distraction, our sessions can have therapeutic benefits.
Are your goats certified therapy goats?
No, our goats are not certified therapy animals, and we do not advertise our events as therapy sessions. However, many of our guests do find the experience soothing and uplifting, and we hope you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
