Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • This offer applies only to goats sold for $300 or more.
   • The offer is valid only for animals purchased directly from Carpenter Creek Ranch in 2025.
2. Membership Application Process:
   • Carpenter Creek Ranch will submit the membership application(s) to the Miniature Dairy Goat Association (MDGA) and/or The Miniature Goat Registry (TMGR) on behalf of the buyer after full payment for the goat has been received.
   • The buyer must provide all required information for membership applications in a timely manner.
3. Non-Refundable Purchase:
   • This promotion does not affect the purchase price of the animal, which is due in full before the membership benefit is applied.
   • No refunds will be issued for the animal after purchase, including if the buyer later declines the membership(s).
4. Membership Validity:
   • Carpenter Creek Ranch is not responsible for maintaining or renewing the buyer’s membership(s) beyond the initial lifetime membership provided through this promotion.
     
   • Carpenter Creek Ranch is not responsible for any future costs associated with the registry, including but not limited to registering goats, transfer fees, or other services offered by the registry.
     
   • Any disputes regarding membership benefits or registry rules must be directed to the respective registry (MDGA or TMGR).
5. Offer Limits:
   • This offer is valid only for 2025 and may be modified or discontinued at Carpenter Creek Ranch’s discretion.
   • This offer is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the animal.
6. Liability Disclaimer:
   • Carpenter Creek Ranch is not responsible for the approval or denial of membership applications by MDGA or TMGR, as final decisions rest solely with the registries.
   • By participating in this promotion, the buyer agrees to these terms and waives any claim against Carpenter Creek Ranch for the value of the membership(s) if membership approval is denied or delayed.
